I was running Windows 2000 on my old Dell Precision Workstation that I purchased back in 2001. I had upgraded it as far as it would go (RAM smart). It was operating OK but I had been noticing that additional and a lot more software package offerings, had been not including W2K in their list of OS they were certified to function with. My dilemma do I attempt and upgrade my current personal computer to Windows XP or newer OS, or do I replace my machine
I have had experiences in the past with trying to upgrade to a newer OS and all have had disastrous outcomes I reside on a pretty limited earnings, so a new machine was out of the question. Enter Amazon and their awesome offers
I identified this refurbished machine, with a "fresh version" of Windows XP Qualified Service Pack three (meaning, no annoying garbage advertisement software package that you get when you order a new machine from whomever and can never ever appear to entirely get rid of!). It had almost everything I wanted, 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hard-drive. I feel the motherboard speed need to be a lot more quickly than the old machine. This a single runs way more rapidly than the old and I was able to move anything from the old to the new with a transfer program.
I would surely advocate this vendor. The machine was pretty well packed and arrived highly immediately. It did not come with a CD burner, so I wanted to take the one from my old machine and install in this a single. The case on the replacement machine has a "rounded" trim piece on the front and I couldn't get 1 anywhere on the net, so I e-mailed the vendor to see if they knew exactly where I could get a single. Quickly they e-mailed me back to see if I could take a photo of what I was describing. I did and she e-mailed me back photographs of what they had and told me they would ship it to me for no cost. Now that is wonderful client service

i am satisfied with this towers capability, its quick and its just as seller described. dont mind the casing whats under the casing is nothing at all but power i have tested this with applications that is a processor and memory hauler and it stood its grounds, overall i created a wonderful obtain on this desktop and i would recommend it.
