I recently got a affordable 19" HDTV which has decent adequate video quality but it burdened with the WORST sound I've heard on a Tv. Tinny sounding speakers with little volume. But there was a headphone jack on the Tv. With headphones, the Tv sounded great. My computer system speakers were connected with a headphone jack... They worked just fine on the Television. I looked for powered 2.1 laptop speaker systems on Amazon and was delighted to get numerous selections beneath $40. The very best value for the money seemed to be this Logitech and the low cost Television now has wonderful sound.
I give this a 5 star rating (instead of a 3 or a four) considering of the low cost. There are better two.1 systems but nowhere close to this cost.
Good sound with a nice touch of base. All the good quality in a small package. The speaker wires are truly not lengthy enough for distant placement of speakers the wire doesn't spread that far apart. The sub woofer does nicely it packs a punch when cranked up. The piano black color adds good touch to the speakers and woofer which is sort of heavy but slim sufficient to fit just about anywhere. The volume manage and mic/phone jack controls are hassle-free to use and a big plus for me. Quick gliding volume control the complete program feels solid with no visible weaknesses. More than all a superior speaker system for the capital.
